We had our young daughter with us, and Camila made us feel comfortable and taken care of at each stop. Of note she helped coordinate a baby sitter for us so we could go to a tango show. Additionally, on our second leg of the trip, we had a lot of flight and weather delays (almost 10 hours). After a long day with a small toddler, we finally got to our room and Camila had gotten us a bottle of wine for our troubles. It was fantastic.

One thing that is so helpful about ET is to have the availability and resource of a human that is a phone call away, to answer questions/concerns. Also the suggestions for activities and events from trip planners are extremely helpful.

Our itinerary was well thought out and had a good variety of safari and cultural activities. Our guide was extraordinary which made the trip unforgettable. I would not have changed anything.

Traveling to Tanzania with Enchanting Travels was a fantastic experience. From start to finish, we were very well cared for. Every transfer went incredibly smoothly, our guides were fantastic and our game drives were spectacular. Enchanting Travels scheduled some cultural experiences that we really enjoyed as well, including staying at a Maasai lodge where profits are used to directly benefit the local communities and provide education and medical services. All of the lodges we stayed in exceeded expectations! I would highly recommend this trip!!

Mixing hotel types made for a unique Ireland experience. It was relatively easy to self drive from destination to destination and hire a guide to drive us to extended sightseeing experiences.

Enchanting Tours, especially Shannon McFee, is where to start. We have tried all the others but nobody personally customized our entire 15 days like this company did. And their 24/7 service whenever we needed anything was always spot on.

Hands down one of the best vacation experiences I’ve ever had. They are very good at communicating and helping with details along the way during the trip. Catherine was kind enough even to have a pizza delivered to my hotel when I felt too tired to go out. I am a higher maintenance traveler, and I never felt like I wasn’t getting exactly what I wanted, requested or desired. It was really outstanding both from a customer service perspective and guest fulfillment of expectations perspective. I have traveled extensively and have always handled my own details, however, I decided to hand the reigns over and boy, was that just the best decision ever?! 100%!! Book with Enchanting Travels. We had an amazing experience touring Ireland with Enchanting Travels. It was so nice to have the itinerary and hotels taken care of. So nice to not have to worry about those details!! Enchanting Travels set us up with a private driver for a 10 day tour and we could not have been more pleased. It was a fantastic experience and we will definitely use Enchanting Travels in the future.

The reservations, working with a budget, and the general advise while booking was very helpful and set us off on the right foot. However, having a personal travel advisor during the trip was invaluable. She saved us time, helped us troubleshoot (which is always needed while traveling) and was a huge peace of mind throughout our trip. They were able to incorporate the small towns, beaches, cliffs and ocean views really made my trip very successful.
