Our trip coordinator was a godsend as she was available on WhatsApp whenever needed.

Enchanting Travels was the best choice we made in honeymoon planning. They were with us from day 1 making sure that we were getting our dream trip. When Covid variants started looking like they may impact our trip, our travel consultant stepped in and started brainstorming alternate destinations or timelines. We felt so confident that no matter what we were going to be getting an amazing trip. On day one of our travels, our plane out of the US was cancelled and our travel coordinator immediately got to work adjusting the itinerary so we didn’t miss a single thing even with a delay in arriving. She was always so quick to answer our questions, double check things with hotels or travel guides and we felt like we had someone looking out for us our entire 2 weeks. We couldn’t recommend enchanting travels enough!

Recently returned from 8 night trip to Morocco thru Enchanting Travels. My 3rd experience with them and they are excellent. Second time with Catherine Mwaka as our trip coordinator and all I can say is she is terrific, with attention paid along the way to every detail of our trip. Recommend Hotel Maison Arabe in the Medina in Marrakech; great staff, nice restaurant, nice breakfast buffet by the pool and nicely appointed rooms. A shout out to our guide Abdellah Moutaoukil of Mountain Travel who is knowledgeable, witty and well traveled himself and a shout out to our driver on the trip, Rachid Nessraoui, who while he tends to be quiet actually has a lot to say.

The staff stays in contact so your trip is completely stress free. They know the best hotels and accommodations to stay at. All the guides they have are knowledgeable, funny and a joy to be around. Highly recommend ET and will travel with them again.

There is a lot to be said about a tailored trip, but enchanted also removed all of the barriers that make you nervous about travel. The support while I was in Patagonia was amazing, responsive, and very reassuring. I compared notes with other travellers and by far had the best care.

We look forward to travelling with Enchanted again in the very near future. Every part of the team, from the trip planner, to the trip coordinator, to the guides and drivers are all very professional and knowledgeable and seem to truly care for you and for the success of your trip. This is our second trip with Enchanted and after we unwind and get acclimated to being back at home for a minute, my wife and I are excitedly looking forward to planning our third trip with them.

I had a very unusual itinerary in mind that included typical tourist destinations as well as a very far from the beaten path destination. Our travel consultant worked with us to make it all happen. She worked hard finding local partners to help us figure it out. She wasn’t just selling me on familiar tour packages. She helped us customize our trip to our very specific needs.

Enchanting made our trip truly enjoyable and enchanting. The itinerary was perfect, the local partners were great and every detail was taken care of for us. We were even personally guided thru every step of our border crossing from Argentina to Brazil. We could not have been more pleased.
