Every detail was executed perfectly, my family & I had no worries while traveling 18 hours away from home. Best travel decision we have ever made.

This was our second trip with Enchanting Travels. Our first was to Bali. This trip was a driving trip to the Utah National Parks and the Grand Canyon. We trusted Enchanting Travels to set up an itinerary that would enable us time to see all the sites without feeling rushed. The planning they did on short notice was perfect. Our personal trip coordinator did a great job of keeping in contact, answering questions and making reservations. Highlights were a helicopter trip over the Grand Canyon and many hikes into breathtaking areas. Enchanting Travels makes trip planning so easy and the trip itself an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend them.

I have planned a trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar with Enchanting Travels during mid July with my two teenage daughters. We could not have been any better taken care of by the team of Enchanting Travels. From the point of contact to our return we a had a perfect experience. Throughout the trip our travel coordinator made sure that everything went smoothly and all our wishes (and more) were satisfied 110%…..and I truly mean 110%! While Covid kept me from traveling, I can’t say enough about Lisa and the folks at Enchanting! Lisa was there from start to finish, was always quick to respond and was such an asset to our planning process. When things changed and we realized traveling wasn’t going to happen, Lisa was there again to walk me through my options. Overall and excellent company that stands by their word and provides exceptional customer service!

We have been working with Lisa and the Enchanting Travels team now since we booked our trip in November. Although the last few months have made it seem like our trip will not be possible the team at Enchanting Travels has been great. Each exchange with Lisa has been great as they work through everything with us. Enchanting Travels is a bespoke experience. From planning my trip, through to the trip itself, everything was thought about. We traveled at a particularly difficult time, due to the Coronavirus outbreak. We were supported with everything, kept up to date with how the situation was developing and how this might affect us. Having WiFi in the car allowed us to communicate with our Trip Coordinator and check with our online government updates. Our stay was luckily not affected, but I felt so supported by the team. Our guides were ready waiting for us, could answer any questions about the sites we were visiting, they communicated with our chauffeur to ensure everything went smoothly. I could not recommend this company more highly. Excellent planning, experience, and execution. Our holiday was truly ENCHANTING!

My wife and I chose Enchanting Travels to help us organize our honeymoon. ET took away so many variables, which reduced stress and gave us confidence in our travel plans. We normally coordinate our own travel experiences, but we are very happy with ET and thankful that we got such responsive and personal help from everyone involved. With all the stresses and variables of planning a wedding, we were very happy with being able to reduce that work load without sacrificing the finer details of a well researched and personally tailored travel experience. We are travelers who typically love getting into the nitty gritty of travel research and booking boutique/off-the-grid style trips. This was one time where we didn’t have the time or bandwidth to do that, and Enchanting was absolutely the solution we needed. My husband and I were very well served by Enchanting Travels. Our Travel Consultant Jay organized us a very good trip. He was open to making modifications to our itinerary when receiving our comments. We received an itinerary that suits our needs. Once in Argentina, Fernando, our Trip Coordinator, kept in touch with us regularly making sure everything was going fine. We had a very good trip until the Coronavirus became a pandemic and we had to leave Argentina rapidly while it was still possible to fly to Canada. Fernando was extremely supportive in helping us to leave. When we knew that we had to leave, we were in Mendoza. He made the necessary arrangements for us overnight so that we can take a flight in the morning for Buenos Aires (flight tickets to Buenos Aires, transfer between airports) in order to be on our flight to Canada later that day. He continued being in touch with us until we got home. He is a very caring and dedicated person. We felt that we can count on him for support. Overall, we can say that we were well served by Enchanting Travels, we dealt with very professional people. We were very glad that we had booked the trip with a travel agency that is so supportive, especially when the Coronavirus was bringing complications to travel.

My husband and I had a 3 weeks trip to Argentina planned by Enchanting Travels in February-March 2020. Our Travel Consultant organized a very good trip for us, he looked after every detail. He was opened to modify our itinerary upon receiving our comments in order to give us a trip that suits our needs. Once in Argentina, our Trip Coordinator kept in contact with us almost every day and made sure the trip was going well. All the drivers were on time for tours and the tour guides were very well chosen. Five days before the end of our trip, the coronavirus became a pandemic. Argentina’s government closed the borders to US flights where we were to fly back. Fernando was extremely supportive in helping us to leave. He has been a very caring and dedicated person during all our trip and he provided us exceptional support until the very end. As they advertised, Enchanting Travels really offers a 24/7 service. We dealt with professional people. We were glad that we had booked the trip with a travel agency that was supportive, especially when the coronavirus brought complications to traveling. We will certainly deal with them again in the future if we are to travel to destinations where they offer service.
