The level of excellence from the guides, David- Hanoi, Kevin-Saigon, Gunn-Bangkok, Danny-Chang Mai was the utmost best I could have ever hoped for. My wife wants to bring David home, myself and Kevin solved ALL the worlds problems while talking, Gunn was unbelievably knowledgeable to an astonishing level, and Danny was really a cool guy. You guys have one heck of a good crew, and for that I thank you very much. Suramya was there every single step of the way, boarding passes, exact knowledge of how to navigate the Bangkok airport where the guides weren’t allowed, I e-mailed and she called 30 seconds later, so very impressive.

Enchanting Travels provided the trip of a lifetime to India. The itinerary was planned perfectly and executed flawlessly. The trip was and adventure, both fun and educational. The drivers and guides were all professional and clearly concerned that we would have an amazing experience.

This was our first experience with a full service travel company where they literally made all the arrangements. Ordinarily I do all my own. From beginning to end my wife and I both felt extremely comfortable with how the schedule was being monitored and controlled by excellent staff in every location. Whenever we had any questions their local Representative was available and efficient in answering any concerns or requests we had to the point of calling us peridically directly at our hotel to ensure we were completely satisfied. It was impressive.

We have had the opportunity to travel quite a bit but this trip was exceptional! We had 12 flights from start to finish and Enchanting Travels made this seamless. Each country Jojo and Sapna had some special arranged for us that truly made the trip unforgettable. Dinner in the rice fields in Vietnam, Kampong Khleang and lunch in a locals home. Patara Elephant Reserve and cooking dinner in a locals home, Private speed boat for the day to the Phi Phi islands.

Highly recommend without reservation

Knowing someone was looking after every detail made us feel safe and comfortable. We have traveled extensively but never felt this good about a travel company. We loved the fast track through customs in each country which made a huge difference. Sneha (our trip coordinator) not only handled every detail and checked in with us daily but made our experience a “trip of a lifetime.

Enchanting Travels made planning this vacation a breeze. I didn’t stress at all during the trip, especially since there was also someone there to help with international transfers. All of our guides spoke English well and were quite accommodating.

Enchanting Travels is so professional l! I didn’t have to worry about anything while I was traveling because a trip coordinator is always checking on you. It was great experience using Enchanting Travels.

I can honestly say that our trip was fantastic. From the conception of the itinerary, Lisa suggesting activities based on our interests, the price, the way Fernando kept in contact during the trip, organising flight check-ins and seating, pickups/drop offs and the excellent hotels you couldn’t fault our trip. Mark and I can’t thank Enchanting Travels enough for the superb treatment we have had from the initial enquiry to the end of the holiday. Corin listened carefully to our preferences and made the perfect choice of hotels and experiences for us. It was very moving to go back to Kenya after a ten year gap and as the country is so special to both of us, there was always the danger of disappointment but this was far from the case. Catherine Mwaka, our Trip Coordinator and our driver/guide Kusaine (Sammy) could not have done more for us to make us feel so special and to make our stay so very enjoyable and memorable. Sammy was the most knowledgeable guide we have ever had in Africa. Even Kilimanjaro was rooting for us and was completely visible during our safari! All the accommodation chosen for us was first rate – we were especially grateful for the opportunity to be in the best suite in Severin Safari Camp, Tsavo West, with its own viewing platform. Our safari was out of this world and the beach experience luxurious and relaxing in beautiful surroundings. All the food was excellent and as a vegetarian, I am especially appreciative of all the choices on offer. We loved the whole experience so much that very shortly we shall be booking our return visit in 2021. Thanks to the whole team once again who made our holiday perfect. Enchanting Travels is a company that would be difficult to beat.

Enchanting Travels gave me the the experience of a life time. The countryside in every part of our journey from the northern to the southern part of India are vastly different. We were able to meander through the vegetable, flower, and fish markets early in the morning at Mumbai. So many sights along our journey to experience and share. Kerala, on the southwest coast of India brought our trip to a close, relaxing on a houseboat at Alleppey. An ideal way to end our travels.

We had an absolute wonderful trip. Everything was perfectly planned. The guides and drivers were always on time and went out of their way to please us. The hotels were excellent. Would use Enchanting travels again in a heart beat. It is hard to be able to say that absolutely nothing went wrong on a 3 week trip.

Travelling with Enchanting means a variety of experiences ,all within the range of your won abilities. You are cared for and looked after like a VIP. Their choices of accommodation are always great.

While Enchanting Travels is the first internet tour company we have used we were blown away by the level of service. The development of the itinerary, the willingness of the co-ordinator to change the itinerary , the expertise of the drivers and the guides and the standard of the accommodation all exceeded our expectations. We asked Akshay for a trip that would include culture and people and we got exactly that. Thank you also to our trip co-ordiantor Anjali, who nursed us through each step, before and during the trip. She checked us into hotels, booked a high tea for us, arranged a stunning meal in Udaipur and maintained contact at all times. This is a professional tour company and we recommend it wholeheartedly.
