I could not have imagined any better a safari. Words can not describe the beauty.

When everything is perfect, you don’t know just how service focused a company might be. It’s how and what is done to correct the problem that demonstrates the level of service. On our trip, Kenya air canceled our flight from Rwanda to Nairobi and Enchanting was not notified. We only found out by chance (and the we were 14 travelers). Our trip coordinator had to scramble, and she saved the day by finding flights for all 14 of us to arrive on or before our originally scheduled time. The result – everyone had a fabulous safari. Hat’s off to your customer focus!

We will definitely look to Enchanting Travels for future trips. Thank you Ashwini for being such a diligent, approachable staff contact person to handle our enquiries and resolve any queries we had.

Hand’s down the best trip I have EVER been on! I loved that every detail was handled by Enchanting and I didn’t need to worry.

This trip completed 116 country visited. It was the single best adventure that we have experienced. We loved it. It was anything but normal. It is a change of diet to be hours away from “civilization” in a secluded wildlife area in Africa. At the camps, you are very comfortable and well cared for but you are not in a city hotel. In the day, more so at night, wild animals roam the area including throughout the camp. You are told to stay inside at night for a good reason. Cape Water Buffalos were so close to one of our huts that we could hear it eating the grass. We heard lions belch out growls that sounded no more than 50 meters away at 2 am. During the safaris we were often surrounded by animals as they just walked around us. We saw all the big 5 multiple time plus many other animals not often seen. We saw animal fights, predators eating their kills, and we even went hunting with a cheetah. And if you like birds, they are everywhere. You know you are not in a Hilton Hotel in a city. You are out there in the wild and we absolutely loved it. Never have we experienced this. We took home over 2,000 pictures. We did not expect much of the cities. We were seriously wrong. Every day of tours in and around Johannesburg and Cape Town were as exciting as our first trips to Rome or Paris. We learned a lot about the history of South Africa. We came to appreciate and respect all the locals that we encountered. They were hospitable, welcoming, spoke multiple languages (4-8 was common). They did their best to help us have an enjoyable adventure in their 4 countries we visited. Last of all, we cannot say enough good about Enchanting Travels. Their management team has developed a great system with outstanding employees that put together and manage these trips. We cannot remember a better trip as to planning, logistics and results. One of us became sick and Enchanting’s employee assigned to take care of us did a wonderful job in seeing that we received medical care. Ridhi kept in touch with us via email and telephone making sure all was working to our satisfaction. We are so thankful that she was there for us. It gave us tremendous peace of mind. There was never as much as one glitch in anything. That is amazing. We are thankful we found Enchanting Travel and will use their services in the future.

On first contact, my Travel Consultant made it really fun to plan the trip. She seemed as excited about it as I did and was so informative and knowledgeable about every aspect. I never felt pressured, she responded right away when I called and fulfilled my every request. Upon arriving in each and every location the chauffeur’s were always there right on time, I was never once left waiting or wondering if they were going to arrive. I found them to be friendly and helpful at every turn. Actually they are all excellent drivers, negotiating all of that traffic can’t be easy and I felt completely safe the entire time. The guides were informative and helpful at every location. My Trip Coordinator responded very quickly to every question and request, and had my back at every time. Hands down the very best Team to help you enjoy your experience to the fullest.

Every Aspect of our trip with Enchanting Travels was of a high standard. All our accommodation was excellent, all vehicles were comfortable, with air con, Wifi, comfortable seats, bottled water and excellent guides. The itinerary also covered an amazing amount of places considering the time available.

What can I say. The trip was great and the hotel accommodations were fantastic, as were the tours and the guides.

Thank you for planning the most incredible trip through Africa for us! We a loved every second and it was due to the high standard of service provided. My husband and I traveled to Botswana and Zimbabwe at the end of August for our honeymoon and had the best time of our lives. Everything was absolutely perfect. From the accommodations, to the food, and activities, Enchanting Travels did not steer us wrong. There is not one thing I would change about our trip. In fact, I don’t think we will ever be able to top this trip. It was beyond perfect!

If you want a trip of a lifetime – according to your budget and your interests – go no further! This trip was everything I imagined and more! Enchanting Travels thought of everything! Guidance, assistance and attention to detail cannot be faulted! Would 100% use them again! Especially Sunil as our driver!

The difference I looked out for was to find out would you be there when things need urgent resolving – the answer I received on those special quirky situations , unequivocally YES ! For this reason and the fantaboulistic time of our life I will go with you again, and again and again!!!!!

Enchanting Travels custom-designed our African Adventure to include all the specific locations and activities we were interested in. They took care of all the details and made sure all internal transportation arrangements were handled and that we had help guide us through all the red tape getting through customs and making visa arrangements. We did not have to worry about any details and were free to enjoy the most extraordinary adventure that was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for our first visit to Africa, including activities at Victoria Falls, safari adventures with great guides, and all the accommodations were fantastic.

Fascinating trip with amazing sights & food. Enchanting Travels co ordinated the trip according to our wish list. We were extremely well looked after with regular contact from our trip coordinator. Excellent driver & guides in each city & local representatives to assist at airports & train stations. Enchanting Travels made our 3 weeks in India hassle free. Would highly recommend them.

Enchanting Travels was right for my wife and me. They showed great concern for us and our needs and desires. Their personal attention was the deciding factor for us to choose them to be our guides in a country and culture totally foreign to us. They SUGGESTED an itinerary, but we were able to alter it to our needs. As a result, we saw things that were totally unknown to us, plus allowing us to have input about things we wanted to see and do. That helped us learn about and enjoy many aspects of the Japanese culture and society.

Our African adventure exceeded our wildest dreams thanks to the outstanding tour and safari arrangements made by Enchanting Travels. My husband and I, along with another couple, toured Johannesburg, Kapama game reserve near Kruger National Park, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Cape Town. Everything was top notch and every single lodging accommodation had an incredible wow factor! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering touring in that part of the world.

Enchanting Travels created the perfect trip for my 40th birthday celebration. Traveling to northern India for the first time by myself was truly a transformative experience that I will cherish forever. I went with an open mind and open heart and feel so lucky to have been able to bear witness to this incredible country.
