Fantastic trip. Couldn’t have been better

Enchanting Travels gave us an experience of a lifetime. The itinerary and experiences exceeded our expectations. All of the guides were highly educated, drivers completely safe and professional, and the hotels we stayed in were immaculate and beautiful. We truly have no regrets using Enchanting Travels and hope to use them in for a future vacation.

Enchanting Travels lets you sit back and enjoy the trip while they take care of every detail before and during your vacation. It was relaxing to know that someone was there to make sure we had a flawless vacation. It felt like it was just as much their vacation as it was ours.

Enchanting Travels delivered on all fronts! They worked with us to design an itinerary focused on safaris. It worked! We saw our leopard and many elephants! The experienced guides were phenomenal – the accommodations varied and high quality. We would highly recommend this company to other travelers.

Angela delivered us a perfect honeymoon from riding with rhino’s to a hot air balloon ride at sunrise. It really was perfection. From the moment you land you are looked after by a wonderfully friendly driver and then have the opportunity to meet your trip coordinator who relays specific details of the itinerary as well as giving you a point of contact during your trip. A special thank you to Enchanting for organising our private bush dinner and the wonderful bottle of red while at Mara Ngenche, the most perfect evening we have had. We honestly could not have wished for more. We will be planning our next trip soon!

A more professional and caring travel company could not possibly exist! We have travelled extensively (over 70 countries and all seven continents) and obviously used the services of many travel companies, local and international. Enchanting Travels is among the best, the very best. Especially the individual attention given to creating and implementing the itinerary. Enchanting Travel excels in one particular area. The regular contact and support during the holiday along with their creative flexibility and enterprise in dealing with any changes or extra activities was unsurpassed.

We loved our journey to Cusco and Machu Picchu. Reservations and logisticea were all planned out well. Our only wish is we could have spent more time in the area relaxing in the beautiful hotels and strolling the city of Cusco and Machu Picchu. Such a magical place! We would definitely use Enchanting Travels again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

It’s a real tailor made tour. It’s rather costly but it’s worth it. Just perfect for people who have limited time, like us. Professional guides made the trip enjoyable and knowledgeable. Excellent transportation and chauffeur. All hotels were in a good location, clean , lovely service and served very early breakfast.

The trip was absolutely AMAZING! I loved everything! The fact that all I had to do was choose three experiences that I wanted and the rest was done for me was awesome. And our guide Joseph (Joe) was great. Anything we mentioned to him, he took care of it. He really knew his stuff. I loved that we didn’t have to do anything but enjoy our trip. AND I had mentioned to Susan that this was a birthday trip. But since I had changed the date to six months later and we had planned a year and a half before, I had forgotten that I told them. It was so awesome to get the servers singing to me and bringing me birthday treats at 3 different hotels. The whole experience was awesome!!!!

Enchanting Travels worked hard to ensure that are needs were met. We provided them with a general idea of our expectations and they exceeded each one. We will definitely use them for future travels.

I have traveled the world with Enchanting Travels for many consecutive years. Every trip is unique, exciting and unforgettable. Enchanting staff looks after me since day one we start planning the trip and follows up with me throughout my travel. If I need anything big or small, they go miles to help! Thank you to you and your team for an amazing trip! We had so much fun! We really appreciate how all of our arrangements came together so seamlessly. Every detail seemed to be worked out so that we didn’t have to worry about anything! We loved all of our accommodations. At Bakwena and Cloud 9 especially, the staffs were very sweet and were very attentive. VF Hotel was amazing as well but, due to its size and the shortness of our stay, we didn’t interact with the same people usually. Also, all of the drivers were very nice and helpful as well.

Everyone at Enchanting will do everything they can to ensure that you have the trip of a lifetime! I highly recommend using the company for your holiday!!

We loved that we were able to enjoy each place we visited without having to worry at all about the logistics. Everything – from transportation to selecting great tour guides, to ensuring that our schedule allowed us to visit all the key highlights – was taken care of. It was a completely stress-free experience, which was really valuable to us considering that the places we visited are not as developed as other parts of the world. They did a great job at balancing the activities to include a great mix of things we were interested in. They were also very flexible to help us add to the itinerary once we were at these places! We are also very grateful about how well Enchanting Travels handled my food allergy. Everyone along the way was informed and were helpful in making accommodations for me. I felt completely safe at all times.

The accommodations, guides and drivers were tremendous. The transfers and activities were executed like clockwork and the support during the trip was excellent.
