Great experience!

This is my second experience with Enchanting Travels. I had such a great experience with my Trip Advisor Alison on setting up an African Safari experience with my best friend that I got in touch again to put together a South American adventure with my husband. Alison is super at listening to what is important to you for your vacation and making recommendations. Twice now she has put together the near perfect itineraries!! I have also been blessed with two amazing Trip Coordinators. On this trip, Camila in South America has become to feel like a family friend!! With limited time and so much to experience in this great big world, I highly recommend chatting with Enchanting Travels. They listen to your likes and dislikes, work with the time and budget you have available, and make you feel like a rock star the whole time. Thank you to all involved for making the trip of a lifetime exactly what I was hoping it would be!!

I was planning my wedding and had no time to plan a honeymoon in a far away country I had never been to and no knowledge of. Enchanting Travels gave us the honeymoon of our dreams and cut out all the stress!

A truly customized trip (a feature that distinguishes Enchanting Travels), well executed, with high level personnel ( from travel consultant to trip coordinator, and Top guides given authority to do real time optimization). Our family trip to Japan (with adult children ) combined visiting cultural treasures with lots of hiking, with spectacular scenery, a variety of food adventures, and some intimate experiences with local people. A wonderful trip to safely travel post covid with a best in class cancellation policy. I highly recommend Enchanting Travels for those who want to add off the beaten track experiences.

Very well planned trip that made the most of seeing a large part of the country given our time constraints. Having daily communication while we were traveling was very helpful (and in one instance critical when I had accidentally left my phone and they were able to communicate with the driver and get it back to me very quickly).

Overall, we had a fabulous time and really enjoyed all of the activities. The guides were great and the transfers were seamless. We were never left wondering where our car was or waiting on them. It was very easy and the guides always helped us get through the airports which was very nice. Enchanting Travels really took a lot of the stress and work out of traveling. We could just enjoy and really be present.

Overall great experience! Our trip planner was intentional to include our requests and our in country trip support was quick to respond and excellent.

This was our third Enchanting Travel trip and was the longest one, 6 weeks. From beginning to end, all communication, arrangements, accommodations, activities were just what we wanted in this trip. Visiting Sri Lanka, southern India, Assam and Bhutan via car and 6 internal flights sounds tiring but, surprisingly, it really wasn’t. Some of the boutique hotels were exceptional, ranging from charming and quaint to luxurious, and all memorable. Our guides in Sri Lanka (Kusum) and Assam (Dipankar) were outstanding and provided us with unique experiences of day-to-day life for the average person that were not on the itinerary. This was exactly what we wanted and they delivered!! In Bhutan, our local trekking guide, who spoke no English, invited us to eat our picnic lunch in his home and to meet his wife. It was a spur-of-the moment offer as we neared the end of the trek (which was above 12,000 ft elevation). That kind gesture was heartwarming and we truly appreciated his hospitality! At several sites we visited in Assam, we were asked to pose for selfies with many people. We now know how celebrities feel!! At one point, we had about 30 people surround us for photo opps. We never felt threatened, just sort of embarrassed by the attention. However, my husband said he loved being asked to pose for selfies with pretty young women! (He’s 80, so everyone is young!)
