From our travel agent , lodge staff,drivers, and guides at each destination the Enchanting Team was on point. The knowledge that the tour guides shared was outstanding. Enchanting Travel tailor made our trip to Africa to fit our interests and finances. Each leg of our journey offered something different and exceptional. My online travel planning experience with Enchanting Travels was the most personal travel planning experience I’ve ever had. I was worried about feeling a little lost in the process, but Anita understood our wants and needs, and planned a trip like a best friend would. She got us right away, and her follow up and customer care were second to none. I will use ET for all of my upcoming world travels without any hesitations.

This was the first time that I have travelled overseas and I was super nervous about going, but enchanting travels really made me feel more relaxed. They were very helpful, and patient, with all of my questions (flights, transportation, budgeting, etc). I’m very happy that I decided to go with their services.

If you are looking for adventure, this is the place you will find it! Corin was great and tweeked our trip until we felt it was perfect. He always made himself available and was great. Our trip coordinator ,Samarih, we loved. She was there to make sure when we changed any detail of our trip the transition was smooth and arranged anything we needed. She also was very knowledgeable of the areas and had some great recommendation for the spots to eat and hang. She is Awesome!

I have to say the stress free planning meant the most for me. The guides were all very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Enchanting Travels was instrumental in helping our family of 6 plan a luxury vacation that we will never forget. The travel coordinator who arranges the trip was extremely helpful in providing us a trip itinerary that was customized to our specific needs based on many conversations. The trip coordinators have special insight on what destinations, hotels and excursions are the best. We also enjoyed having a 24/7 travel specialist each day of our trip who we could reach out to for any problems. At first, we were worried about the price of the trip and whether we could’ve planned the trip on our own and save money. However, we learned that there was NO way we could have planned the trip without Enchanting Travels. They were instrumental in how easy, amazing and fun our trip was because they took care of all the details and logistics, so we could just enjoy the trip without worrying about how to get from place to place or spending hours researching quality tour guides and excursions. If you are looking for a luxury (but still affordable) travel service who really “does it all” so that you can plan and then sit back and relax, then look no further! Another well organised and smoothly run trip from Enchanting, full of a great mix of history, culture, geography, wildlife and local colour. Great variety and standard of accommodation, engaging and knowledgeable guide, and comfortable pace. We loved this trip.

The trip was pretty flawless. We got everything we wanted, the hotels were very accommodating to the 3 of us in one room. We had everything we needed. The drivers and guides in every country were professional and informative. We had a trip of a lifetime!

We caught piranha, watched Beautiful sunsets on the Rio Negro & Saw the meeting of the waters. Toured fantastic Rio with a great English speaking guide Tina. Stayed at caiman lodge in the Pantanal where we had delightful accommodations, delicious farm to table food, Jaguar sightings safaris with our exceptional guide Samie who could spot beautiful birds, caiman, deer, and tons of other animals. We took our adult children and Enchanting travels delivered a most memorable exceptional trip.

Enchanting’s Team did an excellent job of working with us to plan what was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime trip. They did too good of a job, and now we have to go back!

For a solo female traveler – Enchanting Travels is the best for care, safety and stress free travels. They are very caring and considerate with excellent people skills.
