My family and I have been traveling with Enchanting for the past six years. We have thousands of precious and memorable moments from every one of our trips. The adventures, accommodations, foods and transportation are customized to our taste seamlessly to the perfection! For weeks-long vacations, it is common that things go wrong and sometimes we need to make a change to the original plan on the go. Enchanting is extremely diligent and responsive to fulfill our requests and help us solve any problems arise. As a result, we always enjoy a smooth and pleasant travel experience. Their staff is super helpful, professional, knowledgeable and capable. They are the best we could hope for to take care of us throughout our whole trip!!

Enchanting Travels is definitely something special. Their personal consultants worked with our time constraints in the best way ever and the itinerary was perfect for us. We were quite overwhelmed by their attention to detail and we couldn’t have asked anything better in our first visit to Africa. Our guides were fantastic and a big shout out also to the friendly and beautiful people who looked after us in the camps we stayed in. WOW this was truly awesome and we will definitely travel with Enchanting Travels again.

Our experience with Enchanting was none other than perfection and precision. Every moving puzzle piece seemed to come together at the right time. Whether it was airport transfers, prepared lunches, birthday cakes, various planned activities, or even animals showing up (yes I understand that’s out of Enchanting’s control, but it happened), it was all perfect and right on time. Also, everyone we dealt with throughout this process with any ties to Enchanting was extremely friendly, helpful, accommodating, and very diligent in ensuring that our experience was amazing. And it worked! My wife and I are already in preliminary discussions to book our next trip through Enchanting Travels and we can’t wait.

What a great way to travel! Enchanting Travels took the hassle and stress out of the planning portion of our trip. Once we arrived in our destination we were greeted by our Enchanting Travel guide and any worries we may have had about being in a foreign country were immediately put at ease. Our accommodations exceeded expectations and we had a spectacular time on all of our experiences. We have nothing but positive things to say about Enchanting Travels!

The trip was wonderful! We really had no expectations and were so pleasantly surprised to be so well taken care of by so many wonderful, smart, conversational people. From the time we stepped off the airplane, we felt genuinely welcomed to the countries we visited in Africa. We never were left hanging or worrying about what was next. All of our transfers went beautifully with people who were eager to answer our questions about their country and their lives. And the safaris at both Chobe Elephant Camp and Moreno Crossing were amazing. Wonderful guides, lovely, hospitable hosts at every stop. Great food, snacks, drinks. And seeing giraffes, elephants, zebras, lions, leopards, hippos, and some of my favorites – the wart hogs! – never got old! Amazing, wonderful trip! Melissa did an awesome job planning this for us and Sapna was a God-send who answered all my questions before we left! And she checked on us several times during the trip to make sure everything was o.k. I can’t say enough good things about this trip! Everyone should try and go to Africa and Enchanting Travels is who they should have plan their trip!

Everyone involved at all our locations provided us with the best service and experience we could ask for. Our guides Suwin and Arnita in particular were a blessing and we were honored to travel and experience Bali, with them.

Unbelievable adventure! Well planned and executed. Never a worry. Treated like royalty at each location. Customer service was above and beyond.

The personalized service was so intimate, that when we arrived in Machu Picchu, we had an escort from the train to the bus that takes you up the mountain. It is less than 1/4 of a mile from point to point. Upon arrival on top of the mountain, we had a buffet lunch ready for us–all we had to do was give the restaurant our name. These types of touches kept me and my traveling companion from worrying about the details that could negatively impact a travel experience. We were very impressed.

I would definitely use Enchanting travel again. By planning your holiday well before you go. It is worth spending time doing this, and listen to the advice you are given You can relax during your holiday.

When traveling alone in a foreign country it was very important to feel confident and comfortable during the trip. And Enchanting Travels allowed me to have that. They made everything perfect with communication and support during my travel.

Enchanting Travels is a must for any trips to Southern Africa. Each itinerary is personally designed to meet–and often exceed–expectations. My group of 11 had an absolutely amazing experience on the 2 week tour designed for us by Enchanting. I cannot recommend the company highly enough!

Don’t hesitate – simply plunge in and book with Enchanted Travels. We’re world travelers and this was by far one of our better trips – it met all of our expectations and more.

We had a wonderful time in Morocco, our guide Rachid was faultless, nothing was too much trouble and his historical knowledge was excellent. Equally we couldn’t fault our driver Khalid he was safe and careful and very pleasant to talk to. The Marrakech chef tour was excellent he brought along two apprentices as well so we got an all round view of the cuisine. All the hotels were lovely and the staff extremely helpful (except the Kasbah see below) I have a few points that I hope will be useful for others travelling to Morocco. The distance between Casablanca and Fes is 220km not 90km as stated and from Fes to Chefchaouen it is 210km not 90km, which added considerable extra travelling time. The High Atlas Mountains were amazing, however we didn’t get to visit a Berber home and have lunch with them, but we did have a picnic on the mountain. I think the fitness level should be raised it certainly wasn’t moderate and hiking boots are essential for a 5 hour trip. It could be quite dangerous if this isn’t mentioned. Unfortunately the Kasbah du Toubkal feels and looks neglected, I know it is rustic but even the gardens and herb beds are overgrown. I have included a photo of the broken outside furniture on the overgrown lawn as well as some other happy snaps. This was our first trip outside the USA. We were a bit nervous about the trip. That being said, we ended up not having anything to worry about. All the details were handled by Enchanting Travels and executed nearly flawlessly. Any issue was handled promptly and to our satisfaction. From our trip coordination, to our travel consultant, our guides and chauffeurs. We are so pleased. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Great travel company. Everything we asked for was done and our trip from our Travel Consultant and our Trip Coordinator, were fantastic. Our guides were excellent and the places we stayed were magnificent. We couldn’t ask for anything else. My son and I will never forget this trip.

Enchanting Travels is like getting the best of a luxury train or cruise vacation without having to deal with the worst parts (crowds and having to be confined to one space). The logistics are handled, your days are planned, and it’s all done exactly how you’d want it to be. All the while making the trip exciting and exhilarating, which is the best news possible for type A folks like me.

Our trip to Japan was the 4th time we have used Enchanting. This time my friend and I went with our daughters and the memories we shared together were priceless. We saw and learned so much. A fantastic trip!
