Our trip to South Africa with Enchanting Travels was absolutely wonderful! The itinerary that our planner set up for us was perfect; we traveled to three different cities on 3 cross country flights during our stay, and she was able to coordinate all of that seamlessly. From a transfer meeting us at each airport to drive us to the hotel, to an all-day private guide, all details were taken care of by Enchanting Travels, making the trip a breeze to plan, and completely wonderful to experience. It was our honeymoon, and Enchanting Travels had even set up little gifts – champagne and chocolates – at each hotel for our enjoyment. We felt truly special, and I cannot wait to plan my next trip with Enchanting Travels soon!

Having a custom and personalised tour was perfect for our group of 4 friends. There was attention paid to every detail, right from the start. Dining and shopping recommendations were excellent . Our guides and drivers were terrific and we would recommend Enchanting Travels highly.

Planning our trip with the Travel Consultant and Travel Coordinator allowed a great deal of our input into exactly what we wanted to do and see. They went out of their way to meet our needs. The tour guides at each destination were very knowledgable and accommodating. All of our connections went perfectly, whether it was being picked up from the airport or being dropped off at our hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to South America.

Enchanting Travels helped us design the trip of our lifetime, experiencing Rwanda and Uganda with a driver-guide in each country who helped us to understand the history and culture of their countries and to see the most amazing and awe-inspiring wildlife – endangered primates and birds – while staying in gorgeous villas and guesthouses. Truly Amazing!!!

Selecting the right type of company that understand the needs of its client is critical to a successful holiday that measures up to your anticipated expectations and enjoyment. Having never worked with Enchanting Travels before I was going in with my eyes open. It started with me leaving a VM, a Travel Consultant got straight back to me and we quickly established my requirements, which was a tailor made tour of Namibia, had to be fly-in/fly-out (saves a huge amount of time), and wanted to stay at some top notch lodges, situated in the best locations, oh and we only had 7 nights. Well I must say the itinerary was presented and looked great – I did my usual double check of properties and felt very comfortable that my brief had not only been listened to, but fully understood and the travel consultant took time with me to really understand Myself and Allan as travellers. Thumbs up, I paid the bill and had to wait a few months before it was vacation time. Prior to departure, received e-mail from the travel consultant introducing our local contact, the Trip Coordinator, who would be there for us for anything (if needed). We also received a very detailed final itinerary. Knowing that our trip coordinator was a phone call away (locally) was very reassuring should we need her. I’m happy to say that I never needed to reach out to our trip coordinator during our trip as EVERYTHING was perfect and was logistically spot on. The lodges we stayed in were all different in character & style, but each had the same very high standard and excellent staff, just brilliant. My memories of Namibia are of a beautiful country, with a fascinating landscapes and hot sunny days. My experience of Enchanting Travels: Excellent, felt truly valued as a client. Enchanting Travels is a marvelous travel company. They help you plan a personal itinerary, they offer choices of excellent hotels, their guides are professionals who take pride in their sights of their countries and take every effort to care for their clients. The drivers are polite and safe and their cars are up to date and clean.

My wife and I took a trip to Nepal and India, planned by Enchanting Travels. The trip, from planning through completion, went as well as we could have hoped. Enchanting Travels representatives were competent, personable and reliable, and we did not have any logististics problems during the entire trip. This trip was the same quality as my previous Enchanting Travels trip. I think everything was amazing – the people, the culture, the temples. Japan in my favorite place in the world now, and i have been to many countries.
