I loved that it was a totally customized trip. Then, all of the accommodations, guides, the staff at every location, and food was great at every place we went. Lastly, we were taken care of through the entire trip from the moment we landed in Kenya to the end of our trip were we were guided through every step

So many things we loved! We loved having Anto as our constant contact. He really cared about our well-being, from making sure our travels went well and we arrived at our destinations safely, to providing us with Celiac restriction cards written in Greek that we could share with restaurants to keep our newly-diagnosed daughter safe. Each on-ground representative was kind, friendly and helpful in locating us at airports, ferries and hotels as well as transporting us to each. Lastly, our tour guide in Athens, local chef/teacher and sunset cruise staff couldn’t have made our experiences any better: amazing experiences with amazing people. All of our land contacts were overseen by Anto who did an incredible job in keeping things coordinated, seamlessly. Anto was nothing short of kind and professional.

From the trip concept planning, through to selection, booking and on the ground support through our travels, the team at Enchanting Travels did an incredible job making sure that our dream trip to Tanzania was a success! The safari was unbelievable and the staff who assisted us in Tanzania were gracious and provided the best hospitality. We were booked into a Maasai Lodge to gain a closer look at the local culture following safari. It was both very comfortable and also insightful. Capping off the trip with some time in Zanzibar to recharge on their beautiful beaches was a perfect holiday end. We would not hesitate to book with Enchanting Travels again, they provided a top notch experience for our family.

Shannon listened to our preferences and how we like to travel and designed an amazing vacation for us. Our trip was beautiful and stress free from start to finish!

Derek and Divya made our first trip to Ireland and Wales such fun. We were able to visit everywhere we requested, and our driver/guides took us wonderful additional places based on our interests. We really could not have asked for a better planned, more smoothly run, or more enjoyable trip.

Enchanting Travels and our coordinator Sarnanku made the entire experience stress free. We traveled to Japan and were able to get around, travel from city-to-city, and enjoy experiences we couldn’t have envisioned until they were recommended to us. We had some bespoke locations we wanted to visit (e.g. Nara, Tokyo Disneyland) and we were able to sync them in with the agencies offerings.

Enchanting Travels crafted a trip for us with such loving and caring detail that all we had to do was show up and relax. With Enchanting Travels you don’t have to worry about the small stuff and you can trust they have the best experiences and accommodations lined up. Their guides are knowledgeable and fun and the point person is so on top of things you don’t have to worry of flights get delayed or other emergencies pop up. This is a true luxury experience where all you have to do is enjoy.

Although we usually plan our travel ourselves when we decided to go to Africa we felt we needed expert advice. We gave our Enchanting Travels planner an idea of the types of things we wanted to see and a few specific places we thought we might like to go and he came back with a well-planned itinerary with excellent options for travel and accommodation, bush camps and destinations that would provide a variety of experiences. When we arrived our Travel Coordinator was excellent. All our connections happened as planned and the few questions we did have along the way were answered immediately. We loved the trip and the knowledge that everything was organised. We just had to enjoy ourselves which we most certainly did.

Having a trip coordinator who was available 24 hours seemed like a bit extra and originally I thought it was a waste but the really friendly service assured me that it was better safe than sorry. The time I needed really her I was extremely relieved she was available to help me out.

Enchanting Travels was successful in what they sought out in helping us make our trip truly Enchanted. It was magical in the ways that their staff showed up on time, the stories they shared on our tours, and the goodbye gift in our final stop. We could not have asked for a more perfect way to celebrate ten years together!

The folks from Enchanting Travels held my hand throughout this trip. I love that I was assigned a travel coordinator for the trip who I could contact whenever I needed assistance. We met a couple of times to review the itinerary before the trip and he was available to me during the trip for any questions I might have. I took my niece to Japan and had never been there so I was pretty nervous about the trip. My trip coordinator made sure I had all of the tickets, itinerary information, etc I needed and when the transfers between hotels and tours were going to complicated, they provided a person (or people) to make sure we got the right place on time. They also provided pictures and very specific directions to places we needed to travel to on our own. In addition, a typhoon hit while we were in Japan and communication regarding cancellations and changes were pretty good. I would book with Enchanting Travels again.

Walter, our trip consultant planned an awesome trip with city excursions and active adventures that we love. We knew all the details – drivers, guides, hotel accommodations would be taken care of and we could just enjoy our vacation!

The planning of the trip was only exceeded by the careful monitoring of our travels throughout making sure we never felt lost or worried about a single detail. The trip was well planned, just the right pace and packed with wonderful memories for my daughter and I as a result.

It truly was a trip of a lifetime! My children, their spouses, and the grandchildren old enough to make the trip (11 of us in all) enjoyed 10 days in Africa, experiencing the wildlife and the natural beauty unique to Africa!

From the planning process to the actual trip, Shannon and Anto were perfect. Shannon developed an amazing itinerary and walked us through each part (hotels, activities, etc). Anto was able to provide us with recommendations for restaurants and was our go-to person for the entirety of the trip. Throughout the whole process, we felt heard as this trip was tailored to our interests completely. It was an outstanding honeymoon. It is important to mention that Shannon and Anto made the planning process seamless as it is stressful planning a wedding and honeymoon at the same time. Though, at no point did we get stressed with honeymoon planning as they had it pretty much covered. Additionally, when in Greece, it was AMAZING having timely private transportation planned for us. Having Anto on call at all times was important and very helpful when in Greece. We appreciated how Anto, Shannon, and everyone at Enchanting Travels organized a honeymoon treat for us at each hotel. I could not recommend Enchanting Travels more. We will without a doubt use them again for future European trips.
