We would thoroughly recommend Enchanting India to plan a personalised tour – and couldn’t fault them. They were efficient, courteous and very sensitive to what we wanted, and didn’t want, to do. They certainly deserve a Five Star rating.

On our 12-day visit to Argentina we were treated like royalty and we enjoyed a hassle-free trip, knowing that we had backup for any potential obstacle we might encounter. This is definitely the way to travel in a country when one doesn’t want to be stuck with a group, yet is unsure of language or cultural differences.

I used Enchanting Travels in 2013 for a week’s trip to India for 3 people and was thrilled with the whole experience, from the Travel Consultant and Trip Coordinator to guides, and especially our great driver! Everyone was prompt, helpful, informative, and helped our trip to go smoothly with literally no problems – a rarity for most trips, let alone one to India!

We had a great vacation in South America and everything went very smoothly. The kayaking trip in El Calafate was not to be missed! I’m not sure that I would have done this without our Travel Consultant Jackie’s recommendation, but Ann and I were thrilled that we did! Continue to recommend excursions!

Enchanting India offered me everything I wanted, including a private car and driver, and a personal tour guide. I was first contacted by the Travel Consultant Prathima, and we worked out the details of what I wanted to see and when. She was keenly aware of my health issues along with the specific events, places, experiences, meals and hotel arrangements.

When I met with my Trip Coordinator Sneha, I felt I’d known her all my life. We reviewed all my wants and wishes including my allergies, which time of day I want to be touring, as well as my desire to see as many religious and spiritual places, dance performances, rural life, museums – and of course visit the Taj Mahal and ride an elephant in the jungle. If I wanted to change or add to my day I could simply let my tour guide Dependra, know and my wish would be granted.

All I can say is that everything I’ve ever dreamt about and more was achieved on this trip, including having a home cooked meal at Dependra’s home with his wife, son, and father. And yes, I finally saw the Taj Mahal and rode my elephant. Both were awesome lifetime experiences!

Enchanting Travels made it very easy to plan our tour to India. Everything was taken care of, our guides and drivers were excellent. Flight arrangements between certain cities were effortless. If we needed assistance it was a phone call away and things were taken care of promptly.

I would definitely recommend Enchanting Travels to anyone visiting India for the 1st time!

We had read and been told, regarding India, that “you’ll love it or hate it–there’s no middle ground.” Well, given our experience with Enchanting Travels, we’ve joined the ranks of those who love India, and hope to return in the not too distant future.

We had a well-planned itinerary, with the ability to quickly modify elements as per our request. We felt safe and unhurried – the trip unfolded at our own pace. The country and its sites were well presented.

We especially liked the way we were able to adapt our trip from Enchanting Travel’s guidelines. Our guides were excellent, with wide interests and discussions on India’s past and present. We were very impressed by the care our Trip Coordinator Anjali gave, such as regular phone calls when she knew we were travelling, and our Trip Consultant, Renuka Salvi, was extremely helpful.

Clare cannot walk far, and Enchanting Travels went to a lot of trouble to find hotels and rooms that she could use. A wheelchair was always available in the car. The food throughout was excellent – we only ate Indian food. All in all, a fantastic experience. If you wish to use a tailored holiday in India, I doubt you can beat Enchanting Travels.

We are satisfied with the decision to travel with Enchanting Travels and our trip itinerary. From the planning phase to the end of the trip, we enjoyed every single experience. The people of India are very hospitable and we traveled with experienced guides and chauffeurs. It was a memorable trip in which we discovered amazing wonders.
