Shannon was great in helping us plan our first trip to Italy to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, and Puneet made sure everything went smoothly while we were traveling. Overall Elizabeth, Kenny, and the Enchanting team were very helpful! Elizabeth did amazing at capturing our overall key activities we wanted to do while in Hawaii and respecting that we wanted leisure days as well. I found it helpful that she provided hotel and activity options within our price range, allowing us to decide what we wanted to splurge on. Kenny was amazing with our overall trip coordination. He continued to review the hotels we selected to ensure they were the best for us. Any questions we had throughout the trip, Kenny was able to answer quickly and effectively, making our trip stress free. Overall, we were very satisfied and appreciated the small details the team did to make our trip special.

Enchanting Travels coordinated a customized bucket-list trip to Alaska for us that exceeded our expectations. There were suggestions made in the itinerary that we would have never thought of several being highlights of the trip. Prior to the trip, all of the booking and coordination was taken care of and in Alaska, this is helpful since many places do not open booking until a certain time, and do not offer the ease of online reservations. We would not have experienced as much as we did if we tried to coordinate this trip on our own. During the trip, our coordinator Miriam was excellent with communication and made for a stress-free trip. We only had one minor hiccup with one of the hotel reservations but it was corrected promptly and of little inconvenience. She was always available and quick to reply. I highly recommend this service. If you book with Enchanting Travels, you will be glad that you did.

The planning you did for us was perfect. You took all our suggestions and made it happen. Have the easy communication while we were in Italy if any questions came up was huge. Everyone responded so quickly it was great. If there were any issues, you took care of them instantly. 2 weeks in Italy with 5 different hotels could not have gone more smoothly.

Every accommodation was phenomenal and surpassed our expectations. Asilia Africa is a great partner and we had one guide in particular who was unforgettable. Our African trip coordinator, Cyprian, really shone when our travel was disrupted and we had to miss the first four days of our trip. He did an excellent job of helping us find new accommodations and handling all of the arrangements. We were grateful to have him. He was truly 24/7.
