This was the most remarkable family trip we have ever taken. While I usually plan our vacations, a trip to Japan with a different language and culture and just having opened up after 2 years of pandemic lockdown made me reach out for help. Enchanting Travels had everything covered. Anita listened genuinely to the interests of my family and strove to make our trip special for everyone. We had dinner with a remarkable Geisha and Meiko at a Michelin star restaurant in Tokyo, and I was humbled by these ladies sincere desire to honor their countries traditions. My 20 something kids LOVED the pop culture and anime, and the foodies in our group had amazing sushi, ramen, and so much more. Kyoto, Hakone, Nara were all unique and once in a lifetime experiences. Without the help of Enchanting Travels, I never would have found these private tours (and absolutely LOVELY guides), superb hotels, and help with transportation. I literally stressed about nothing. A true vacation and I fully intend to recommend Japan, plus Enchanting Travels to anyone and everyone, and use them again. Happy travels to all.

Normally I plan our family vacations, but I wanted help planning our trip to Alaska. It felt different than other trips that we had taken because of the travel time and expense. Our kids are young enough that they may return (and I hope they do!) but for my husband and me, it was a once in a lifetime trip. Enchanting Travels helped narrow down which experiences and activity levels were the best fit and made all the arrangements. It was wonderful!

Dream vacation with my kids – From the initial emails until I arrived safely home from my trip to Alaska with my two kids…Enchanting Travels took care of everything for me. It was like going on vacation with, family. They got to know my wants and needs as a single mom, they understood the destination I was going to, and they listened to me without judgment about what my kids and myself would really enjoy doing. They were extremely responsive and they allowed me to finally be able to relax and enjoy time with my two kids while on vacation. It took the worry out of everything and I was able to be fully present on vacation. I think as parents we are always the ones to plan, schedule, triple-check everything, and ensure our kids are safe, having fun, and truly experiencing life as best they can. For me, as a single mom, it is hard to do the same because I am always doing everything on my own and it adds to the stress of vacations to carry that burden. Working with Enchanting Travels allowed me to be taken care of for once and it took a lot of the weight off my shoulders so that I too could enjoy myself, be present with my kids, and experience the beauty and wonder of Alaska without worry.

I had planned this trip a year ago with Enchanting Travels but was in a bad car accident and had to cancel the trip 3 weeks before leaving. The team worked closely with me helping to ensure that the process was as stress-free as possible. Even though I was devastated that I could not go on this trip then, I was so glad that I got to rebook that trip a year later and excited to be able to work with the team again.

Working with Miriam and being connected with her during the trip made me feel at ease. It made me feel prepared and it made me feel safe when I was far from home.

Don’t bother going to the Louvre if you like Impressionist art more. Go to the D’Orsay. Our two agents Regen and Nitika made it so easy to both plan our trip and to support us all along the way.. worry free assistance all along the way.

Planning the trip was extremely easy to do. The people at Enchanting Travels are great to work with and very knowledgeable. All of the activities were coordinated quite well and the local drivers and guides were all first rate.

The support during the trip was so helpful, especially when we switched excursion dates (due to the weather) and when we had to rebook a flight! Where to begin. This company planned a trip for my daughter for her high school graduation gift. Our varied interests were expertly coordinated through the itinerary with as much or little guided experiences as I wanted. Specific accommodation requests were honored. The detailed itinerary book we received on landing in Osaka was VERY impressive and private transfers throughout our journey eliminated so much stress. I have every intention of using this company again.

What a wonderful trip provided by Enchanting Travels for me and my family! Hotel accommodations, transportation, and our tour guides made this trip an experience of a lifetime!

We loved the Vespa tour in Rome. So much fun and we got to see a lot of the city. In Florence the private wine tour was amazing. Our guide to us off course to his favorite winery that has been family owned for over 700 years! The winery Appiano was built in a cave! Very cool. We had a wine tasting and bought wine to be shipped home. Venus- I wish we could have stayed an extra day or two in Venus. I just absolutely loved it!
