From itinerary planning to experiencing each day of our trip, Enchanting Travels assured us a seamless, enjoyable travel experience in the UK. Our travel coordinator was always there if we had any issues. Everything went just as planned but it was nice to have her included in our travels.

My husband and I wanted to travel Italy with friends for my 60th, I tried to make the arrangements myself but it was to confusing and time consuming. I found Enchanting Travels online and could not be happier. They made the whole process seamless. Our agent Elizabeth understood our needs from the beginning and offered several options. Once the reservations were made we were introduced to our coordinator on the ground, Asha. She was fantastic, I have worked in a similar business for 30 years and her customer service was impeccable. She was always available and answered all our questions. Her warmth and thoughtfulness made this a wonderful journey. Thank you Enchanting Travels, you live up to your name.

Our trip to Thailand has been incredible thanks to Enchanting Travels. The trip was tailored to our needs, with all the places we wanted to see, activities we wanted to do, and amazing hotels that exceeded our expectations. The guides were incredible.

We booked a trip for May 2022 to Greece for our honeymoon. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Enchanting Travels did a wonderful job of scheduling our days based on what we like to do as a couple. They balanced fun activities while still giving time for us to explore on our own. They were in constant communication with our drivers/guides/hotels. Everyone in all of our 4 hotels knew it was our honeymoon and congratulated us on arrival. So sweet! We were just able to relax the whole trip with no issues with anything. If you are doing any international travel, Enchanting Travels is a must!

Any future trips we plan will be made through Enchanting Travels. We hope when the time comes we can work with Lisa Fox to plan the trip again and Asha Dilip as our coordinator again. Both are outstanding at what they do and easy to work with!

After a long hiatus from European travel, we (6 couples) booked a trip through the Greek Isles. Enchanting travels did a masterful job of adjusting our itinerary to include active excursions, wine tastings, wonderful guided tours, and even a sunset boat cruise. Enchanting Travels made planning a vacation a wonderful and seamless experience. We didn’t have to worry about booking hotels or activities, so it made planning a vacation a lot less stressful. The onsite coordinator was also extremely helpful! She was always quick to respond and provide recommendations based on her local experience.

My overall experience was amazing. The feeling of having a chauffer and a guide made us feel very special. This was the best trip of my life and it has opened up my horizon to many more!

We had a great trip without any worries . Camila was always quickly responsive if there was a change or issue to resolve. My only recommendation is to not to try to do everything it is nice to have some days of just relaxing.

Third party reviews helped us make our decision but we had been talking with several agencies and after comparing the various proposed itineraries with the other agencies, we opted to go with Enchanting Travels and did not regret the decision one minute. Things could not have been coordinated better.

Iceland is a beautiful country with wonderful people. Everyone we met was kind and helpful. English was spoken by everyone we encountered. Enchanting Travels did an excellent job of booking our excursions with local companies. There were a few things that were not open as we were traveling in the off season but it was nice to not have crowds, although there were still tour buses at some stops. Driving in Iceland was similar to Massachusetts with the rotaries and weather conditions. We were in Reykjavik and Fludir. So much to see that we would love to go back and see the puffins, whales and drive the ring road.

Highly professionals from the planning of the trip, the travel consultant, pickups at airport, drivers, hotels, tour guides and trip coordinator. Must try them, you will not be disappointed, and we are planning to use them for all our future trips. I have wanted to learn about India’s culture, history and all the famous sites, and they have exceeded my expectations and more. GREAT GUIDES IN ALL CITIES and our driver, Raj as well gave us facts as well since he was with us the majority of our trip.

Fantastic trip. Safari experiences were enthralling. I didn’t want it to end. Lodges were great – it made me think of Out of Africa where they’re having an elaborate dinner in the bush. People were great. I was amazed at how much the guides knew and loved seeing African animals and bush with a running narrative. My Enchanting Travels travel coordinators were great – from the initial plans and throughout the trip where they made sure all went smoothly and sometimes helped with questions or minor issues.
