Camila is the best trip coordinator I have dealt with in my 30 years plus traveling! She was extremely professional, immediately responsive to all my needs! I felt that she cared about the trip as if she were the one traveling and on vacation! When I travel to South America again I’m hopeful that she will be my trip coordinator!! Because of her in large part I will tell anyone who will listen about Enchanting Travels!!

We highly recommend Enchanting Travels if you are considering a trip to Argentina. They clearly demonstrated their experience working with travelers in this country. There were several times during our trip when we realized how thankful we’re were that we decided to work with them. The customized itineraries, personal chauffeurs, and domestic travel arrangements took a lot of the stress out of the trip. We spent two weeks in Argentina, visiting Buenos Aires, Bariloche, Mendoza, and Iguazu Falls. This was the trip of a lifetime and we’re so grateful that Enchanting Travels assisted in the memory. Great planning and in-country support!

The value in having a local guide to assist you from the moment you land at the airport to when you leave is immeasurable. I had issues with my luggage when leaving Vietnam and my local guide translated and waited with me until the problem was resolved. It took an extra 30 minutes to resolve but my guide said he wouldn’t leave until I was cleared for check in.

We appreciated that the tour guides were telling us interesting facts, were open to answer our question, were taking us to good spots to take pictures. They were amazing! We also enjoyed that we didn’t need to wait in the lines and buy the tickets. We appreciated that in the buses we had water to drink and some snacks. It was great that drivers were taking us to good restaurants and we didn’t need to worry about that. We loved all the hotels. The standard was great.

We chose to visit countries that were completely different from our own. We do no speak the language or know anyone in the countries we visited. We used Enchanting Travels to help us navigate the trip and itinerary. We cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience was! All guides were well informed, kind, prompt and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The excursions were fun, informative and meaningful both to us and the country. We felt completely supported the entire time!

Our trip to Mexico CIty and Oaxaca was a wonderful experience. The planning process was flexible and easy and allowed us to tailor the experiences to our interests. We love that we can choose from unique accommodations and were especially delighted by our hotel, Casa Oaxaca–a true gem! Our tours took us through Mexico City’s fascinating history and stand-out architecture all the way to the hillside markets and kitchens of Oaxaca. For those who love to eat, don’t miss an evening walk around Oaxaca to the beautiful Criollo restaurant (make a reservation in advance and sit outside!) and while in central Mexico City, find Cafe Tacuba and be sure to bring tips for the band (they are unforgettable and so is the decor!).If you travel to Teotihuacan, be sure to bring a hat. The sun is powerful! Our favorite part about traveling with Enchanting Travels has been the wonderful guides we have met. Seeing new places through the eyes of knowledgeable, friendly, and local folks has added so much value and depth to our travels. We will definitely return!”

From meeting at the Port of Durban to being driven back to the front doors of King Shaka Airport and on to Cape Town’s port to meet our ship, Enchanting Travels handled every possible detail. The staff were professional and friendly, the selected Rhino Ridge Lodge accommodations, food, and service were outstanding. The best of many wonderful excursions I’ve had on this 71- day journey!
